Lisa Radigan

Lisa Radigan serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer for Diebold Nixdorf, Inc.  She oversees all aspects of DN’s ethics and compliance program globally, manages all company internal investigations, corporate governance issues, regulatory compliance, capital markets, and provides strategic risk advice to all aspects of the business.  She is a key thought leader on legal and compliance matters with numerous high-profile speaking engagements around the world.  Lisa is also the leader of Diebold Nixdorf’s employee resource group, Women@DN, where her work has included growing and expanding this employee-led group dedicated to supporting women at the company.

Prior to joining Diebold Nixdorf, Lisa was an attorney at Jones Day where she gained broad experience representing U.S. public companies in compliance matters, investigations, regulatory compliance, risk management, litigation, and other legal matters.

Lisa is active in the Northeast Ohio community.  She is a board member at the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.  She also serves on the Hudson City Schools Cultural Proficiency Advisory Committee and is the sponsorship chair for the Hudson PTO Pancake Breakfast. 

Lisa graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University and received her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law.  She lives in Hudson with her husband, Christian, and their son and daughter.
