Michelle Ciancio

Commercial business banking expert and artist Michelle Ward Ciancio has always had a philanthropic spirit and a passion for helping others. With over 17 years in the financial services industry and thousands of dollars in charitable contributions raised through her work as a Benevolent Artist, she is guided by a simple philosophy: “The best measure of a person’s worth is the actions they take to bring value to others.”

Michelle grew up in the eastern Kentucky foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. In 2014 She was nominated and named an Honorable Kentucky Colonel by former Kentucky governor Steve Beshear for her volunteerism and advocacy. Not long after, Michelle relocated from Louisville to Hudson with her husband Brady and two children Landon and Vera, quickly becoming enamored with the small community and realizing it was the quintessential American town and the perfect place to call home and raise a family. Establishing herself as a trusted community business banker and relationship manager, in July 2022 she was promoted to Vice President, Commercial Banker, at S&T Bank and currently works with businesses all over Northeast Ohio.  She is an advocate for many causes including supporting the arts, women’s charities, and establishing pathways to homeownership.
