Sharon Whitacre

Sharon joined Legacy Strategic Asset Management of Wells Fargo Advisors in 2013 as a Financial
Consultant and Senior Institutional Consultant and Financial Consultant. She began her career in
financial services in 1989 with a broad background in commercial banking, private banking and trust
services at Bank One, Columbus, NA and Bank One, Colorado Springs, NA. Immediately prior to
joining Legacy Strategic Asset Management, she spent seven years on a consulting team at Morgan
Stanley working primarily with high-net-worth families. Sharon's role within Legacy Strategic Asset
Management includes consulting services for both high-net-worth clients and institutions with an
emphasis on comprehensive wealth and investment planning and portfolio construction.

Sharon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Marquette University and an MBA from the
University of Dayton. She achieved the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1996 and
the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation in 2009. She is an active member
of the Investment & Wealth Institute (IWI) and the Financial Planners Association (FPA).

Sharon lives in Hudson, OH with her husband and has two grown children. Sharon volunteers her time
serving on the Board of Directors for Hudson Community Foundation where she Chairs the Investment
Committee and serves on the Investment Committee for Grace House. In her free time, she enjoys
golf, cycling and boating.
